Hi, I’m Tiffany.

I am passionate about helping people live to their fullest potential!  It’s not about living longer, it’s about living better.  And often times, our health can prevent us from living the life we want, but it doesn’t have to be that way. 

Western medicine typically treats symptoms separately, and often covers the problem instead of correcting it.  The functional approach understands that every system in our body works in harmony with all the others, and addresses dysfunction with a whole body approach in mind.   

I truly believe that our bodies were created with an incredible ability to heal, and if that hasn’t happened for you, there’s a good chance the root cause hasn’t been discovered yet!  When we work together to discover the foundational physiological functions that have been affected, an appropriate plan can result in feeling better than you thought possible!  I can’t wait to meet you!

WHAT SETS ME APART FROM OTHER NUTRITIONISTS?

-Before becoming a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner I earned a bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Athletic Training, so my understanding of anatomy and physiology, and how each system of our body relates to one another goes far beyond what any nutrition program teaches.

-A portion of every dollar I make goes to helping provide nutrient-dense, whole foods to the people of Montana (and beyond, Lord willing!) through community resources and direct grocery/meal purchases for those in need.

I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Level 2 Restorative Wellness Practitioner, and Licensed Athletic Trainer.  I am also a member of the National Association of Nutrtition Professionals, and the Weston A. Price Foundation.

How We Work Together

There are two different ways we can work together.  I recommend exploring the options below to find the one that best fits your needs and your lifestyle.

Virtual Consultations

One on one consultations will give us the opportunity to  address crucial foundations for healing:  proper food choices, digestion, stress management, minimizing environmental toxins, movement, hydration without contamination, and detoxification.  Within each of these areas, we’ll be able to personalize the plan for your individual needs, while utilizing testing and supplementation whenever it can aid the healing process.

Self-Paced Online Course

Best for those who cannot commit to regularly scheduled appointments, but still want the education and resources for how food and lifestyle choices can heal the body.  Weekly assignments will guide you through the specific steps you can take to begin your healing journey!

The first consultation is your opportunity to share your story!  By allowing me to see how your health struggles have affected your life, seeing where and when you want change to happen, and spending some time getting to know each other, I’ll be able to provide you with some actionable first steps!
